These are the Trans Himalayan treks , high altitude journeys, great traverses through the extremely varying landscapes and cultures, involving high alpine meadows, glaciers and moraines in to the desolate and stark region of high altitude deserts, inhabited by the Buddhist people and Tibetan Nomads. High passes bet (5000mts. To appox 6000mts.) are to be crossed. Average walking time will be bet 7 Hrs. -10 Hrs.
